The intimate setting of the Pango is the stage for a memorable dining experience. The presentation of all my dinner courses was an artistic display - I almost didn't want to eat them because they were so beautifully presented. The service is impeccable and the food is divine. A good place to celebrate your last night in Kenya with friends.... More

This was our first trip to Fairview and the hotel was a very nice suprise. Pango is an upscale restaurant with excellent service. As my husband and I enjoy good food, we had starters, main and dessert. The tuna sashimi starter was sublime. My seafood casserole was rich and delicious. My husband had a pepper steak, with the sauce made... More

Nairobi has a few very good restaurants - of course all at a price per plate. However Pango offers you an all-round fine dining experience with good service , good choice of menu and a very good wine selection. Deserts to die for !! The ambience in the restaurant is great- calm and waiters are around and they don’t hover... More

If I had to recommend one restaurant, this would be it. It is certainly pricey, but in this case, you get what you pay for. The smoked sugarcane duck is the best duck we have ever had (and we had one of Emeril Lagasse's signature duck dishes in his New Orleans restaurant, a chile rubbed duck in New Mexico, etc.).... More

I had an excellent meal here with my partner. The welcome drink, canapés and fresh bread to start with were a nice touch. Our crab starters were delicious and my flambéed steak and his lamb were delicious. Nice place for a romantic dinner. I have also eaten here in my own and did not feel uncomfortable. The staff were freindly,... More

If you are looking for that extra special place to have an extra special meal, than Pango is your best bet. Warm, cosy and classy is what I would describe the whole Pango experience. So why not try it!

i have lived in Nairobi for 12 years and of the far too many restaurants I've been to, this is the best. Upstairs at the Fairview, with fresh ingredients, excellent service, and a very good wine list that goes beyond the normal mediocre Nairobi offerings. Food is quite rich, but immaculately presented. Highly recommended.

The Fairview's grounds are gorgeous. This restaurant is tucked away upstairs, dim and hushed with an atmosphere that would only work for a date. Prawn starter was underwhelming, complimentary sampler and Mushroom & Asparagus parcel main were excellent. Service over attentive.
