we had dinner 2x in this gastronomic restaurant the whole service and as we say tralala is good but the actual food is medium, the flavors are weak and the meat is floating in sauces... it is still far from a modern gastronomic experience maybe due to the fact that the availability in nairobi from high quality ingredients is still... Lovely atmosphere, exceptional service and very good food. Prices are high, but worth it as Pango gives you the full fine dining experience. We love good food and good service and were impressed with both at Pango.

We visited this restaurant on a saturday night, and we were the only ones in there for 2 hours until one other table arrived, so the atmosphere was a little lacking. We were given a glass of bubbly at our table, and hot towels fragranced with eucalyptus, which was a really nice start. The restaurant itself looks lovely, with well... More

The Pango's dining room is a classic wood paneled and candle lighted old school venue. Excellent food and good selection. I had the Steak au Poivre and it was prepared at table side by a master. Good wine selection and excelent service. Highly recommended.

Formal, a little dark on the inside and very well presented. The service was first class; I was greeted by name as soon as I said we had a booking. The free tasters and glass of Rose were very welcome and beautifully presented. My lobster was very well cooked as was the steak and other dish of my companions. The... More

Totally agree. Pango is the best restaurant by far in Nairobi and even within Kenya, probably on the African continent. The food is exceptional. Quality always high. Nothing is too much trouble for the Chef, Eamon Mullan and his team of experts all trained by him. Service is great. Well done

This was by far the best food we had in Kenya. Nice setting. Formal but relaxed. Ladies given a menu with no prices ( quite funny). Complimentary glass of sparkling wine and amuse bouche given. Prices reasonable for Australians at $150 for 3 courses and a bottle of wine. Very good service. Up there with the best
