This is definitely a Fairmont Luxury Hotel now. Beautiful grounds and nice pool area. Small gym. We had first floor room and loved the terrace facing the center courtyard of the hotel with furnished with chairs to sit outside. we ate in the restaurant in the front of the hotel; exceptionally nice, great service, and excellent food; but also pricey; We originally thought there were the remnants of the historical Norfolk Hotel separate from the Fairmont, but no, just the Fairmont, which seems to have kept some of the original frame

excellent rooms and room service though they are a bit slow at registrations, escorts to room, free wi-fi, filled with greenery, restaurants who understood and provided a good veg meal though a bit hi-end place, too many recreation facilities

Stopped here after seeing the Maasai Mara. Tomorrow we are on our way to Ambesoli. It is definitely nice to have creature comforts, such as air conditioning & no mosquitos! The staff have been wonderful!

A little on the pricey side but the quality of the food is good. The menu selection offers a good range

For a five star hotel , The Norfolk is disappointing. Parking is across the street on a dusty place. It is also small (the parking). The facilities need to be better maintained. Ambiance is not out standing. All this make for a poor customer experience , a lacking wow factor. Thankfully the food is good.

The food is ok, more could be done. Relaxing atmosphere but if your looking for super silence, then probably the techno music in the background might be a tad tiresome.

Excellent central location in Nairobi. The staff is attentive and the Tatu restaurant is pretty good.

Had a two day meeting here. The rooms are good and facilities sufficient for basic meetings. Lunch buffet was reasonably good.
