A little overpriced but charming wonderful garden setting

Good service, good food, amazing garden setting that we could have happily stayed in all afternoon and evening. A bit overpriced but the setting alone made it worth it.

The grounds are nice, but a lot of money to see this old house. Take a photo from the outside and you are done.

This is a beautiful place to have lunch. The garden setting among lush trees and historic cottages is pleasing and relaxing. Food is served either inside or in the garden, which was my choice. Everything we had was delicious, specially the desserts. Service was attentive and friendly, prices were right on. They have local artists exhibiting their work as well... More

We had a lovely lunch consisting of Kachos (Kenyan version of nachos) which was a very nice starter, cheese burgers with fries, kikapu kuku (fried chicken) and Pwani vegetable Swahili - a veggy dish which we had asked to be served with mash potatoes but came with rice, and then later when we enquired, they brought out the mash. You have to like meat to enjoy this place. We were there on a sunday when they had a bbq on that was quite splendid. My favourite though has to be the desserts - absolutely yummy.
