Disappointed at the quality of food. I didn't get the value of my money. The service is slow....was there with family and none of us could eat the food we got.

I have visited for dinner and lunch, location in town is great - convenient when hitting up a movie at the IMAX. This restaurant was very popular in the early 90s, then faded off for a while, but it's back with a bang. One of the better Italian meals in Nairobi, service is decent, main gripe is that they don't...

Good for business. Very good location, food is great, service is perfect and the environment is so perfect to resist. thumbs up for the service and product delivery .
This place seemed to be what we were looking for.
We sat down and managed to get a half bottle of wine.
The pasta was not the best if anything below average (very disappointing to be honest)
One good thing is the way the place has managed to make it feel as if you are not on the street (away...

The food is really fantastic, the location is central and the décor is very chic. The house wine was lovely and the Tiramisu was to die for. A great place to splash out in Nairobi, esp if you are tired of ugali and fried food that is ubiquitous in downtown
I enjoyed a lovely dinner at Trattoria in the city centre. But the best of it was the bottled sweet wine. The wine was so good. I think it was some kind of Italian sweet wine.
Trattoria is a little gem in the city centre that will allow you to have a quick lunch and enjoy sites of the city....

I went to Tratorria after six years and Oh My Goodness! The food was so expensive and not at all worth the price. The food tasted OK - nothing out of this world. There are so many Italian restaurants in Nairobi that really outshine Trattoria in many ways. Do your homework!
Good food served in a kind of appealing 1970's decor. In the centre of town but don't hold that against it...food and wine are all good, you will not be disappointed...I had some sort of pasta 'a la Zefferano'...really yum yum.
lunch on the balcony, good drinks, topped with typical italian cuisine, large selection, great ambiance, ideal for a relaxed leisurely meal, not to say the least a good selection of dessert and coffee too ,lo.ok forward to going there again
This is a favorite of Nairobi regulars, recommended by our hotel. The pasta is homemade--truly outstanding. There's a balcony to sit out and enjoy the vino and delicious cusine.
