Great Lebanese food and the service was wonderful (and friendly). The chef even prepared my favorite kafta dish to take care of a dietary issue. If you are in Cairo don't miss the chance to have a meal at Sabaya at the Semiramis.

We found the Sabaya because we were staying at the Intercon, and it was our favorite restaurant in the hotel. It was one of the best meals that we had on our trip. The food was delicious, and the portions sized very generously. We thought the pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. It was probably the most attentive... More

A nice place to go for a good Lebanese dinner. Food is tasty and served in big quantity. It does worth to try many dishes but probably you don't need to ask cause the personnel will take care of you in particular if Mr. Hany is there. The place is quite and clean. Everything is confortable and it is nice... More

After reading all the excellent reviews of this place I had high expectations. However the menu is ridiculously overpriced and the waiters are indeed like prison guards! The food was OK but the portions were not very big.

Just had dinner at Sabaya. Great atmosphere, and the food was cooked to perfection with balanced seasoning and all the mezzas were extremely fresh. Most importantly the staff was very curtouis and attentive to all our special needs

I have never liked baba ganoush, but this place had me loving it. The cold and hot mezes were all delicious and the grilled meats were outstanding. The strawberry juice was definitely the best I've ever had and I've been chasing the dragon since having it here. I found myself trying to come up with an excuse to go back... More

Sabaya, located inside the InterContinental Semiramis hotel in Cairo on level 2, serves Lebanese food with style. We went for dinner, so the ambiance was set with dim, indirect lighting and soft music. The table setting is elegant, but not over the top. Seating is quite comfortable. We ordered hummus, tabouch salad, chicken wings, and the salmon. We didn't know... More

Looking for the top ranked restaurants in Cairo and middle east food, we found this restaurant in the Intercontinental Hotel. The service is great, outstanding food and to my surprise egyptian wine (shiraz) was quite good! There was a show held that day, unfortunately to loud for us. However they found a table in the outdoor seating for us, which... More
