Description: WE HAVE MOVED TO 80 UNIVERSITY AVENUE. Le Planteur opens a new restaurant on Inya Lake, at 80 University Road. Le Planteur (Inya Lake) upgraded even more to the next standard of finesse in quality, standard and ambience!! And so, Le Planteur (Inya Lake) remains faithful to its concept, in a stunningly attractive venue!! It is an exciting and wonderful evolution and change for Le Planteur - but the things you and I love about Le Planteur have not changed.

If you want a change from local food this French run restaurant is hard to beat. Situated in a quiet residential area, away from the Yangon bustle, this is a relaxing way to wind down and enjoy a good meal. The restaurant itself is well appointed and decorated but you should try to eat outside on the spacious lawn, even... More

Our tour guide took us to La Planteur for our farewell dinner. What a wonderful experience! The food and service were both excellent. Be sure to check out the beautiful restrooms and take a picture of the legs on the red sofa. A great souvenir for the evening.

Was great to eat outside on such a warm evening. The meal was really superb and go on a night where there is live entertainment for a treat. A really great meal in Yangon.

We dined at 3-4 of the city's noted restaurants and found Le Planteur superior to the others. As with most restaurants the satisfaction depends upon a combination of factors: ambiance, cuisine and service. We rated each of these factors excellent. The new location is stunning, the service was attentive and the food was attractice to look at and very tasty.... More

A look at the price section of the menu would knock out most people. If it's your first time here you will order with trepidation! Then the olde world charm of this place takes over to sooth the senses. As you are relaxing the food starts coming to your table. The service is top notch and so is the presentation... More

Amazing alfresco place for dinner. Very romantic. The set meals are more worth it. The lobster soup was amazing.

A professional friend (based in Yangon last 2 years) took us to dine at this restaurant. The prices jolted me (I consider meself a third world citizen still), but a simply superb Indo-chine dining experience!

I loved this place! Asian chic, good food, very elegant, great decor. They have just moved their location. The wine cellar deserves a visit. consider reserving the main table they have outside and enjoy the astonishing view. The menu has a french inclination but nothing too snob. Service is attentive. Good Ice cream made in the house. The only thing... More
