One of my favorite restaurants in yangon

I eat here frequently. It's great for a date night or just coffee and dessert. There's a large room upstairs with comfy pillows on the ground. I went to a work, social group function here. I even had part of my bachlorette party here. It has a nice atmosphere and excellent food.

Nice food, super beautiful colonial mood and design, great place BUT : there 's something like "un je ne sais quoi" spoiling the mood... the staff seem not very dynamic, the nice room and pastry is not available before 9am when it's supposed to be a breakfast place ... PITY prices are high

Have dinned here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always consistent with quality of food,=. It is good but expensive in my opinion. Beautiful place to sit back and eat or just enjoy a coffee. Staff very good and well trained. Recommended.

It's in a private two stories compound. You can sit in the garden or room in upper story. We were in the garden because we went there in the evening and we wanted to sit there. Difficult to call a waiter and ordering. It's a bit pricy for overall menu. Clean and nice location. Taste is good. Sometimes they take... More

Meal: Enjoy the bread and cream mushroom soup for starter. Main course, the salmon steak was too salty. Dessert, the strawberry cheese cake was average. Atmosphere: Nice ambiance ~ fancy restaurant. Service: Attentive staff, but a bit hasty. Was there with a tour. The tour arranged for bbq chicken whole thigh for all members, but since i didn't eat chicken,... More

You are paying for an ambience. It is an upscale coffee shop with nice decoration and good service which caters to expats and diplomats. There are not many upscale coffee or tea shops in Yangon so this is as close as you can get to 5-star high tea experience. It is on a pricey side and hence you will not... More

Acacia has everything going for it: delicious, well-prepared food, attentive staff, and a beautiful house. I was there with friends for lunch and dinner, and one can see that the owner takes real pride in his/her establishment. When there was an issue with one of my friends' dishes, it was immediately replaced. If you are looking to have a special... More

We intended to visit this tea house before leaving Yangon on Sunday for brunch with some friends. We booked the Moroccan room upstairs and ordered set A and B of tea and patisseries (the staff said set was for one persona and B for two), there were five of us. We ordered a few other drinks and ended up not... More

My friend brought me to this place for sunday brunch. There are not many customers yet so we walked around and see many rooms. It is a beaultiful teahouse decorating with many types of sofa and chairs. I ordered Egg Benedict and Cappuccino. The food and coffee are goods, and the atmosphere is perfect for sunday chitchat. They also offer... More
