This cafe is comfortable place to sit and the taste of food r good with cheap price! Staff are not bad...It situated the middle way of Hledan Market and Hledan Bus-stop.I ate Kosan Fried Rice (Myanmar money > 1800 kyats) & Cold Milk (600 Kyats).Delicious!

this restaurant is located near the barbeque area. the food tasted really good. The drinks were great. The service was good. It was really clean I think. I will absolutely come here again if I go to Yangon.

We ate at the Kosan Cafe in 19th Street and found it great also. Spicey Tofu and pork is one of the best dishes we had in Myanmar and ordered a second serve.

This restaurant/cafe was a great find in the middle of Hledan. It's a comfortable place to sit and eat breakfast, but also a nice place for a few (cheap!) cocktails in the evening. The food is very good and the staff are friendly and efficient.
