Great food, nice location, no Wi-Fi.

Had lunch here and the service was very good. The staff were polite and courteous, and the food was very good. It was reasonably priced and the menu was varied. The only downside to this restaurant was the fact that there was no Wi-Fi. We had planned on spending a leisurely afternoon snacking and... read more

We have been frequenting Cafe Dibar for several years, and have followed it in 3 different locations in town. Its present location (corner of Kabar Aye Pagoda) is easy to access and with plenty of parking space. The decor and ambiance are much nicer than at its previous location near the US Embassy, but the quality of the food was... More

I am lucky enough to work very close to this restaurant! Everytime I've been here the food has been great. The staff are helpful and greet us at the door and always bring fresh water as soon as we sit down. Sometimes there is a wait for the food but it's to be expected in a busy restaurant sometimes! My... More

If you are looking for a Italian foods with a touch of Western/Myanmar then it is worth a visit. They need to improve on their service especially the speed of preparing the bill. Fresh salads, good al dente pastas and pizzas. The mushroom soup is not a goods as two years ago, hope they could improve with a hot garlic... More

Yesterday, I visited to Café DI bar. It was very first time visiting there. There was nobody to greet us at the entrance, however I managed to find empty table to sit but before I sat down, one staff rush downed to me and asked me with loud voice, “hey hey how many persons? “ I replied 3 persons then... Firstly, Café Dibar has moved from University Avenue to Kabaraye Pagoda Road. As another reviewer has stated, the menus are the old dirty ones from the previous location. I ordered Fettuccini Carbonara, when it came it was watery, tasteless slop. I asked for more parmesan, this was not available. All in all, very disappointing. Perhaps a professional chef is needed.

This is my first ever review, and I feel compelled to write it to send a message to DiBar and potential visitors. I have been going to Cafes Dibar for 12 years, ever since their heyday on Inya Road. It has always been a great place to go for affordable quality food. Tonight I took my family to the new... More

Consistently good food. Staff attentive and on the ball. Liked the old premises but the new premises are much better. Never had a bad meal.

I went here on a Sunday as in Yangon its normaly nothing to do this time and all quite boring so I tried to check out Dibar close to Inya Lake. First of all the place looks quite promissing but this feeling was gone when I got the menue. It was old, shaby, dirty and was falling apart. I ordered... More

I don,t understand why this place got high score. Pizza dough is too crispy and bad to bite. Even some ants on the food and dirty dishes..... Serving staffs, attitude was not bad but too slow to serve. It took almost 20 minites to get a bill to pay it after I requested it. I would have understood if there too... More
