Good food at reasonable price

The food is prepared with mild spices and therefore well suited for travellers. A wide variety most Chinese variations served fresh at reasonable prices.

Reasonable prices (roughly 12,000kyat each). Clean and quick service. Tasty Thai dishes. Generous portions. Became one of my most visited restaurants as it is close the the hotel.

This is the only restaurant in walking distance from the Chatrium and we were delighted it was there. Food is tasty and service good.

The food was good. Large variety. Service was quick. But a little expensive. Pretty much equivalent to international hotel prices. Though a large restaurant, note that they do NOT accept credit cards.

Having read the reviews, we were not sure what to expect. As we were still on Melbourne time, we ventured up the very steep steps for an early dinner. The place is enormous and we were the only diners. The food was great, particularly the duck which actually had a reasonable amount of meat on it. Prices were good too.

This restaurant is just opposite the chatrium hotel and from the board outside you can not imagine the restaurant in the midst of amazing greenery all around and right on the banks of kandawgyi lake. The food is good and best part is the staff can speak little thai language as it puts the thai visitors at ease. The sitting... More

Average restaurant, decent food, nothing special or exceptional. Decoration is outdated. Good location on the lake opposite Chatrium hotel

Visited for lunch as part of a Titan tour of Bangkok and Burma as a group of 24 people. This restaurant has lovely surroundings and the tables are set out attractively in quite a large restaurant. There is additional seating outside, but we prefered to be inside with the air conditioning! The food was plentiful and tasty, prices seemed reasonable.... More

We visited this restaurant for lunch last week. A little bit crowded but the service was very good and we did not have to wait for long. The food was very good and authentic Thai. Somtam(Papaya salad was excellent indeed). Price is reasonable and worth the money. Recommended for those who love Thai food in Yangon.
