I was there with 4 other friends. Since there were many of us, so, we ordered many dishes but in a small portion. We got to try different dishes at one meal. The taste of the food was acceptable and not too spicy.

I was surprised to see how crowded the restaurant was . Simple long table with wooden chair . Nothing fancy but you can really see the local people enjoy having their meals either on regular western chair or on stool which stand out of the restaurant by the road . Those little stool are just 30 cm above the ground... More

The restaurant was almost identical to one I visited in Hanoi. A good start. You gou to a counter and point at the dishes you want to order. However, the choices were limited to 5-6 curries that were of the 'indian' type, with no coconut milk. Some mixed vegetables, thai style. I felt ok, but having taken the Food tour... More

Restaurant is a few minutes away from downtown Yangon (taxi fee shouldn't cost more that K2500). The place is kinda crowded and loud, but other than that clean and various choice of authentic Myanmar dishes to choose from. Staffs are nice and the price is reasonable. We ordered 5 side dishes for K9400 only. There's also a complimentary sweet after... More

The food was great. We visited there often and was never disappointed. there's so much to choose from. my favorites were the mutton, parata, steamed veggies and rice. i heard the sugarcane juice is good but never had a chance to try it. if you are in Myanmar make sure you stop here.

It was a good place to eat and do some snack shopping. The place is packed with tourists and the Burmese curries are pretty good. It actually had two shops and the other one is international food, such as Thai or Chinese.

This is an easy introduction to the bewildering world of Burmese food. Street stalls, many selling deserts and take away snacks, line the street in front of the restaurant. Inside is a packed, noisy and friendly interior. The food is displayed on trays in the back of the room where servers wait to help the uninitiated pick from a series... More

Anthony Bourdain, the chef and TV guy, went there, so we figured we would not go wrong. It was really good. Probably our best restaurant experience in 10 days in Myanmar. It is not really a restaurant as you imagine it. It is more like a group of street stalls, all serving the same tables. Your waiter follows you to... More

In one setting one can choose a lot of different types of Burmese foods. A Burmese tapas bar of sorts. I highly recommend.
