Dinned here last month - is meant to be the #1 in Vanuatu. We had the Lobster Stack - that was nice had good flavour. But also got the seafood pasta - had no taste not even seasoned. Waitress was rude. Would not eat here again.

we had an amazing dinner on two occasions of our 6 night stay in Port Vila. Firstly, make sure your driver knows where the restaurant is as it is past the passenger ship terminal on an unsealed road. Not all of the taxi drivers or bus drivers know where it is. The first driver took us back to the resort... More

Great location and staff, all the meals were great, however the seafood paella is done with the rice separate, which I found strange and I make my seafood one with the rice in it, its just cooked differently then usual paella, so that was a let down, however the way the owners delt with it was great and to fix... In response to your review. It clearly states on the menu that the Paella is a Seafood Paella not a Spanish Paella. It also states on the menu that it is served with bread and optional rice. These are both served as side dishes as most of our diners enjoy using the bread to soak up the sauce. More

Visited here for lunch on the recommendation of our resort after a tour and were very glad we did. Very friendly hosts, excellent staff and the meals were top notch. Good wine selection and brilliant spot to watch the ocean, literally water lapping against the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and the hosts organised a taxi for us when... More

Based on Trip Adviser, we ventured out to Elan for dinner. The atmosphere is gorgeous and we were seated on the balcony with the best view. The food was quite nice, my banana leaf fish was very tasty. My husband was served fish that was tough and rubbery. The staff firstly told him that was what it was supposed to... More

We visited Élan twice on our stay, the second time on our last night because we had previously enjoyed it so much. The food was beautifully presented, excellent quality and the service was warm and welcoming. We were remembered from our first visit and treated like royalty. The Atmosphere at Élan is tranquil and romantic. I definitely rate this as... More

The service was great, and the setting absolutely stunning. We arrived just before sunset, which we'd really recommend as you can see the stunning view, right on the water. We were expecting great things from this place, having heard some great reviews. However, for the price the food was really very average. Such a shame as the setting is truly... More

My husband and I dined at elan for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We were immediately impressed by the beautiful building and decor, comfortable and stylish. We sat and enjoyed a bottle of moet champagne whilst watching the gorgeous sunset. We shared the crab cakes and tuna entrees, which were delicious. I had the lobster stack, which I have to say...
