Description: A great place to hang out for the day. The Beach Bar is famous for its wood fire pizzas, but offers a large choice of alternatives as well. The kids just love playing on the beach with all the free water toys while Mum & Dad relax in the beergarden. Sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets over Mele Bay whilst enjoying a cold beer or glass of wine. Keep an eye out for the special "Friday Night Fire Dancing" evenings, Tuesday Movie nights on Port Vilas biggest screen, right on the beach and Sunday Sessions with our great new show "Sunday Sunset Circus"

The food was very average (we had burgers and pizza) but very reasonably priced for Vanuatu. The seating and view across the beach was lovely and really enjoyed the free fire show which made worth while

I heard about this spot for the Sunday Sunset Circus and this is a truly lovely spot hidden away. Our driver had never been there or heard of it and he was a local. Right on the beach, the Beach Bar is fabulous. Perfect spot to watch the sun go down or for a day trip to the beach. From... More

We first visited the Beach Bar in 2009 after a day snorkelling at Hideaway. That first visit was about as relaxed as you could get. There was the two of us, a couple of local guys playing pool and one person behind the bar, there was also a one eyed cat that adopted my wife on arrival and went to... More

Our new ex-pat friends also took us to the Beach Bar on a Friday evening for the Fire Dance display. We very much enjoyed our pizza and the performance.
