Friendly staffs. We arrived with no reservation and the place was fully booked but they set up a table for us outside on the terrace. Gorgeous food and wine. Will be back next time in Noumea.

Having located the number eight restaurant on Trip Adviser ‘Chez Toto,’ we decide to partake in a late lunch on the footpath tables. A nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and one tuna and one mahi mahi ordered. Clearly the chef must have been sick and some deranged madman was in the kitchen. We had seen fresh local tuna in the... Really delicious dinner at a French bistro - the service was extremely friendly and hospitable and the food amazing. We had a charcuterie plate that was enough for 4 then I had a confit duck that was excellent. Wish it was my local!!

Great French Cuisine. Chef is passionate about what he does and it shows in his food! There are many traditional to special dishes to choose from and the price is fair for the quality of food you get.

We came on this wonderful small cafe by chance, walking through the Quartier Latin touring older Noumea on foot. They did not have a free table yet immediately found one - a sign of the hospitality that marked our visit. The special of crevettes - themselves a New Caledonia food success - made a great lunch. I could not fault... More

The tables are fully taken by locals. Make sure to make a reservation few days before especially weekend. Price is reasonable. The chef was used to live and work in Japan. Friendly atmosphere. Feel home.

Chez Toto is a small restaurant of a dozen tables. It is typical French bistro, French chef and French food. The menu changes frequently and the menu of the day is always on the blackboard. We have visited here twice now, and generally the food is excellent. However, on this occasion, my wife was not impressed with soya sauce on... More

This place is authentic. It was full of locals and we just loved the ambience (very french bistro) and of course the food. Highly recommended
