Typical provincial meals but not really tasty and rather heavy food. The choice of dishes is limited as only 3 for seafood and 4 for meat. The service is quick and sometimes too so no real time to discuss between guest. Prices are reasonable given the food good quality.

If you feel like traditional French food this restaurant is a must. Be prepared to eat a quite heavy but absolutely delicious meal, we have not eaten better in France. Try the jambonneau, escargots with a slightly spicy flavour, confit de canard or cassoulet, you will not be disappointed. They have a great menu, so if you feel adventurous you... More

A simple restaurant in the suburbs with a cosy country feel and serving traditional French food from the Alsace region. The food was quite heavy and the servings large - there was a lot of sausage and ham on the menu. We spoke in French but I'm not sure how well the wait staff spoke English - so take your... More

My husband and I had one evening to fill in Noumea when our cruise ship docked here, so we decided to go out of our way to find a truly incredible dining experience. We picked this restaurant based on its great reviews on trip advisor, and we were not disappointed. What an amazing dinner! We did not speak much French,... More

Had a very nice lunch here, the ambience is calm and relaxing. The service was very good and they did their best with our poor French. The food was very good, we split 2 of the specials that day. We were not disappointed!

We booked at this restaurant on NYE as it was ranked #1 on Trip Advisor. They had a set menu with 6 courses. I loved every dish except their main dish. I think it was duck but we couldn't tell as the waiter doesn't speak English. The French like their duck rare but I find it too difficult to digest... More

The staff did not speak english that well but way better than our french :-) with a few basic language skills you can guess the main ingredients and than indulge into the fantastic food, highly recommend the place, we arrived via taxi from Anse Vata beach and... A little out of the way but well worth a visit. Quality of the food and service was very good. Dessert was exceptional although very alcoholic!
