We always have a meal here - food is delicious, service is excellent and we enjoy the music on Saturday nights. It's convenient and fun.

Noumea's eatery for 'those in the know'. Leafy, informal outdoor - indoor seating with just the right mix of excellent food, great atmosphere, and excellent wine wrapped up in the nicest relaxed setting. Hosts happily worked with non-French speaking guests (us!). Will return before we leave Noumea. (Try the garlic prawns ... as good as you will find anywhere!)

Very lively atmosphere and prompt service, don't stray too far from the pizza/pasta menu or you might be disappointed. I had the mini squid a la plancha and they were pretty much inedible, extremely dry and rubbery, although my friends pizza was excellent. Be wary of the chili oil it is the hottest I have ever tasted.

We asked if the chef's tapas selection could be made vegetarian and was assured this would be fine. An hour later, it arrived. With seafood in three out of five dishes. Poor service (especialy after SUCH a long wait) and no solutions offered.

I like this plate for their chef's tapas plater. He put whatever he has available and the plate is 80% same and 20% changing every time. If you order the big one and 2800 XPF you will be full before you main course, better take a small one and then enjoy a cassoulet after it. Good britanny live music or... More

After the tourist traps along the rest of the Citron Bay, this is a very pleasant surprise. Dig deeper than the pizza and pasta alternatives on the menu and you'll find some well thought out French and Basque specialties at comparatively reasonable prices... And a good ambiance too with a live singer the night we were there.

Maybe the bar is a little Mexican but my impression of the menu was French. We ordered the large divertisement and got a plate full of everything under the sun. That, the local lager, the beautiful beach across the street, the cool breeze coming through the porch where we sat and the unhurried Gallic approach (no pressure to churn the... More

Respite from westernised tourist traps on the Baie de Citron. What a lovely atmosphere and fantastic food.
