Good value in Noumea

We have been in Noumea for a few days and have found the food to be expensive but generally OK. This restaurant looks a bit glum from the outside with a tarmac car park in front but inside the atmosphere is good. We had salad and pasta and both hit the spot. We choose the house wine and perfectly... read more

Ravioli tasted like it was out of a packet and was not even cooked throughout making me think it was cooked in a microwave oven . Wine we requested was not available - this despite a very limited wine list The wood fired pizza was not crisp The staff put our docket/order on the neighboring table and then kept walking... More

We'd only just arrived at the hotel and we were looking for somewhere to eat. Fifteen Year 9 and 10 students of French from Australia accompanied by five teachers, all feeling a bit hungry. The lovely staff at Le Parc Hotel offered to book a table for us and we accepted. We walked around to the restaurant and found our... More

We ordered a ravioli, a regina pizza and a chocolate mousse and both of us agreed that all dishes were tasty and would recommend them to anyone. Staff were friendly and attentive and at great prices for the tourist part of Noumea. We will visit again

This restaurant has a homely atmosphere and serves great food including wood fired pizzas. I had a deer carpaccio which was fantastic. The service was very good and efficient. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Takeaway from next to our hotel and was hoping for something tasty but it only looked like it was. Cheese seemed to curdle in our mouths, bland even with herbs (dried) over the tops, and any semblance of tomato in flavour or appearance was inconsequential. Boohoo- I'm not a pizza snob but this was very average

Dined here on a saturday nite. We didnt ordered pizza which turned out to be a costly mistake. I had the squid risotto while my partner had the spaghetti bolognese. Both dishes were in edible. No flavour whatsoever. Parmesean cheese couldnt save the pasta. The best thing about this restaurant is the free bread basket.

I had dinner twice at Dolce Vita, first time was back in 2012 and 2nd time was in Feb 2015, I ordered pizza on both occasions, so did my partner. Their menu is very diverse which can please anybody. The pizzas are very delicious although quite pricey. Don't be put off by the restaurant's old decor. I was a bit... More
