At any hour you can drop by in this cafe and be amazed both by the atmosphere and the variety of things you can order. A perfect combination of the past and the most demanding trends currently. Old homely recipes updated definitely with success.

You can order any kind of coffee here and you won't be disappointed. and you can also order Paraguay traditional tea like MATE , TERERE or COCIDO.. (It's very delicious). They have many kind of dessert such as cheese cake , brownie , etc. I recommend you PASTA FLORA and you'll love this dessert.

A full service cafe with excellent coffee, drinks, smoothies, and food. Yes the service can be slow but only because the place is often packed. There are many seating places inside and outside. You will need a map or some specific directions to find it the first time. It's in a residential and boutique area. Prices are reasonable for the... More

I simply love this place. It isn't the cheapest cafe to go to, but it is always a wonderful experience. Love the food, the ambiance and the location. Great for those of us who enjoy spending a quiet afternoon with a book and a cup of coffee.

How in four weeks I had neglected to visit Cafe Aca I've no idea. last day of trip and not a lot of time to spare but calling in to cafe aca enroute to the airport seemed a good idea. On arrival we told our waitress and sure enough our order for four was delivered to the same high standard... More

I still cannot fathom the enthusiasm with which a friend recommended this cafe. We went together one Sunday. I ordered an Irish Coffe, specifically asking it they use Irish Whiskey. A lukewarm, almost cold liquid was served that had Scotch instead of Irish Whiskey. The Apple Cake had a nasty heavy crust and the filling had no spices in it.... More

Nice mixture of indoor/outdoor seating. Good service, friendly, prompt enough for a relaxed, but not dragged out meal. I visited with "locals" who helped me select local cuisine, and it was all excellent!! www.elcafedeaca.com I ate the Yuca eggs...eggs and yucca cubes, and drank terare, the cold version of mate. VERY good.

finally! we found a nice and cozy cafe in asuncion. not an easy task in an otherwise very hectic and smelly city. this cafe is an oasis in the middle of town. so tranquil and pretty, dreamy pastries, good coffee, jummy omelets and very nice staff. we ended up going there very day while we stayed in asuncion. compared to...
