It would be cool to sit by the pool, have drinks and something small salty and enjoy your time. But you can't do that at Pegasus poolside. The service is terrible!! They forget your orders or bring something different or something, the staff is so bad. So foor food and service, don't come to this place.

I've never stayed at the hotel, but I love the shady trees and tropical plants welcoming atmosphere I get whenever I decided to grab a cheese cake or some delicious fish and chips. I even had the privileged of sampling your green mangoes which was mouth watering. :)

New bar, stage and cafe look good, but service still poor, you often feel you should order two drinks and order the next round when have finished the first. Also takes a long time to get the bill.

Food is avg for a high price. Service is very attentive. Nice having dinner by the pool. Problem is there is little to chose from in G-town and the Pegasus is always full due to oil and gold exploration crews.

I left feeling very underwhelmed. Not even the caiparinha I had helped. The place was poorly lit and the state of the menus looked worn out (please reprint and/ or replace the peeling plastic) which was a clear indicator to me of the lack of proper management in this restaurant and/or care for the customer's experience. The staff was also... More

I have been eating at Le Poolside for over 30 years. Recent modernization of the decor has been accompanied by a concomitant decline in the quality of food and service. The restaurant has hit the absolute bottom on the quality scale. Sit by the pool, try to eat in total darkness and take the challenge of trying to spot your... More

This used to be soooo beautiful. Gone to the dogs now. Very poor service, poor quality food and the will double charge your credit card. Un-knowledgeable staff.

The name of the game here, it would seem, is to buffer guests from the wild and wooly realities outside the hotel gates. The corporately-styled scene, menu, and overall experience could be imagined in 100 different locations around the world. Some would consider that a good thing, others might find it isolating. If you are hungry for an Amerindian or... More
