Great for regional Colombian cooking in a converted antique house

Fulanitos is a bit hidden on a small street in the La Candelaria old town, but that is part of the charm. An excellent, atmospheric place for lunch, set in a rustic Colombian house, with some great tables out on the balcony. The regional cooking is equally excellent and in large portions. The house is restored impeccably with antiques and paintings on the wall, old wood floors and the feel of a house that been around for 200 or 300 years. The food,well-being enormous portions, is also quite good.I went with many Colombian locals to this restaurant, and each one says that the best place to get the traditional food from the... More

Great Colombian cooking in a former residence, plenty of regional specialties with a very diverse menu. Highly recommended.

Service was terrible. Appetizers never came and we had to keep hunting down the waiter for service. Food was ok.. not the best typical plates. Great place for outdoor sitting as the views from the top outdoor terrace were amazing.

This restaurant is fairly large, compared to others in Bogota. The food was delicious and the views were great. The waiters were great and other than street food, this seemed like the most authentic classic Colombian cuisine we had during our week in Bogota. We had the patio to ourselves for most of the meal while it drizzled on the... More

This place was recommended by my Colombian friends. their view is amazing and the food as well. We had a group of vegetarians and their vegetarian dish is really good. Also the Sancocho soup was really good for a cold rainy day! Great place for really good Colombian food! Very good prices as well

The old house and the views are spectacular which makes this restaurant a good choice when visiting La Candelaria. The menu is from Cali in Colombia's southwest and so all the fish and seafood come from the Pacific. I ordered the pescado encocado, fish in coconut sauce with shrimp. It was very well prepared and there was absolutely no fishy... More

My wife and I joined some Colombian friends here for dinner. The service was great and the food was only matched by the view of the city. We've had good food all over Colombia but this was definitely a favorite. We'll be returning and would recommend it to anyone looking for a traditional dinner with a nice dining experience too.

Cuisine in Bogotá excels any expectations. There are two main types of restaurants: ethnic (whether several Colombian regional cuisines or many countries cuisines) or international/creative food. Fulanitos serves typical food from Valle del Cauca, a region with ancient heritage and rich tradition. Their menu respects that tradition and honors it by presenting a complete variety of dishes and snacks from... More

My Airbnb host recommended this restaurant and I was not disappointed. Although I am very familiar with Latin cuisine, I had to ask the waiter for help. I ordered one of the specials of the day which was Seco Caleño. It consisted of caramalized plantain, rice, a fried egg, avocado, a mixture of potatoes and beef which reminded me of... More
