A colombian "must"

Probably the best restaurant in Colombia to taste some colombian flavors on modern preparations. Is also one of the most expensive restaurants in Colombia. Carimañolas de conejo, "caldoso" rice and globo de cacao are very good to try. The service is slow.

We just went for Bogota Food Week (you got to choose a starter, main and dessert, a savings of only about 6,000 pesos from the normal menu), and it was a fantastic meal! Definitely now my favorite restaurant in Bogota - next to Tabula and Black Bear. The flavors are really unique and good, very new for my palate and... More

Leonardo Espinosa restaurant is a very creative blending of native and indigenous ingridients with contemporary dishes. You will need at least a hour and a half in this restaurant as the cooking is very slow. The food is very good but you need an open mind. The tuna tartare with ants...yes ...try it spectacular. There is a risotto with some... More

Everyone visiting Bogota has to go to try desgustation menu or anything from the menu. The staff explains each plate everytime they serve you. The service out of this world. Among the 50 best restaurants in the world.

Great food, excellent service although a little slow, but the wait is worth. Try the fix menu for a complete immersion on Colombian Gourmet food as interpreted by chef Leonor Espinoza who will visit you at you table during dinner at least once

Either you get to order what you want, or accept the recommendation of a (suspiciously) insisting staff, you will get far more words and entangled descriptions of what you are about to taste, than actual food to taste. Such descriptions are full of (c…) confusing adjectives and over-decorated words you will forget almost as soon as quickly as the flavors... More

This high end restaurant has impeccable personalized service. The Maitre D' greeted us, sat us, asked in general what we like and dislike and made personalized menu suggestions. He told us the restaurant serves regional Colombian food and the chef's goal is to tell the story of each indigenous people or region through the food! I had fantastic seafood dishes,... More

Wasn't flexible at all for veggie clients. The waiter was freaking arrogant about it. Moreover, they think rabbit is not meat...disgusting. If you want to eat only because it is expensive, that's the place!

The tasting menu isn't that interesting compared of how Colombian food has several characteristics. It's very expensive and you can't rally understand the dishes. A few were good, most were just ok. My credit card was refused at the first time and I guess the waiter, by some seconds thought I wasn't going to be able to pay the bill... More
