The ambience and the service are fine, but the food was disappointing, especially the "risotto de mar". The rice was too greasy, so you can see the grease on the plate, kind of disgusting, besides with very little seafood. The only really tasty was the "gratin dauphinois". We did not try the meat since we prefer seafood. I was looking... More

I have been to the La Brasserie several times and the food is great, the only thing is that I find the fillet of beef (lomo) a bit tough. My date ordered a salad with goat cheese that was perfect and the ice cream puffs with chocolate sauce was awesome.

The lentil soup was probably the best I ever had. Shredded cheese melted on it and the chorizo bits the size of a pea were delicious. That was worth the entire meal. The beef I ordered was good enough.

In this restaurant surrounded by many others, you can find an excellent Chateaubriand for two, with three sauces: bernaise, mushroom, and peppercorn, the first two being simply delicious, with a perfectly cooked filet done just as ordered. Though they did not have my first selection, they had a wonderful bottle of Biondi Santi Rosso di Montalcino 2007 which rewarded us... More

Love the place and the service. They have a special technique for frying the french fries that makes them crispy and tender at the same time. Don't miss them! Great meat, nice wines. Lovely atmosphere for a nice night out and a good conversation!

My second time having dinner here. It is not a french restaurant, but an international restaurant of french inspiration. You can try spanish (bull's tail, lentils), peruvian dishes (ceviche), and of course french specialties (snails, beef...) All meals taste wonderful and are presented in a very delicate manner. Nice wine selection, too. Service has room for improvement, nonetheless. You would... More
