Excellent

I took my girlfriend here for Valentine's Day and we were impressed. The food was good, great service and although expensive for Colombia , very reasonably priced if you compare to with similar restaurants in Europe or the US. I'd definitely go there again.

We went to this restaurant for dinner last week, it is not a big one, we had no complaint at all with the food although a bit pricy, service is fine, atmosphere is O.K., but to be the top of this big Metropolitan city seems a bit exaggerated, may be the other fancy restaurants must work harder, i might need... If you are looking for something special, fancy and romantic, this could be a good option. My husband and I went there on Valentine's date and it was perfect for that occasion. Food and service are good. But I am not quite sure if this is the best place in town. About the price issue, you should keep it in... More

Outstanding service and atmosphere. Get ready to be delighted by a very genuine mix of flavors and textures. My husband took me there to celebrate my birthday and we both were pleased of having the very best portobello with pesto entry you could possibly have dreamed of. Followed by a tasty tuna, my husband choice for the main dish, while... More

With our hotel just around the corner we avoided the local traffic and arrived on time for our Saturday 7:30 p.m. reservation. It was already quite busy and by 8 it was full. Inside it's a pleasant enough place with little if anything to fault. The menu presented some interesting choices. The wine menu was more of a problem. According... More

Every plate was delicately designed, prepared and presented. Decor was good, but not at the level of the food. Go to Matiz when your wallet is heavy. Here you pay for the quality you get. Fair enough!

Read reviews about the restaurant and decided to try it. Well, nicolas the chilenean chef, who studied in Peru certainly does an outstanding job. We tried the platillo de degustacion and everything was a delight. From the entree to desert. It is expensive yes, but worth it. Have been to this place twice already

I'm leaving Bogota after living here for more than 2 years and I wanted to take with me a good experience. We went to Matiz to say good bye to one of my favorites restaurant in this city. As always the dinner was magnificent! We want to say goodbye and thank you to the chef and our surprise was he... More

Giving the ranking place it has in a city with the level of good restaurant offers that Bogota has achieved over the last decade I was certainly disappointed with the food taste. Don't take me wrong, it was good but far from exceptional. The presentation of the food was great, the taste and innovation just good. Very traditional atmosphere, great... More
