This small restaurant is also the base of a design bureau. The fusion food served here is an amazing mix of the most delicious Colombian flavors. Coastal recipes meets traditional fruit desserts, along with some delicacies that are exotic even for the locals. I have lived here for a long time and this place is a revelation.

Love Mini-Mal

This is the second time we´ve been here and the food is so unique, delicious and will open your palate to a whole new world. The flavors are from the coasts of Colombia and flavors that you likely won´t find anywhere else - only in Leo Cocina y Cava that is a fine dining restaurant. The waiters... read more

In general I have struggled to enjoy a lot of the "Colombian" food we've come across - too often it's very boring or a ole imitation of another cuisine. This place, however, is truly excellent and exactly the sort of food I have been looking for in Bogota - though we did have to look quite hard as the restaurant... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by another local restaurant owner and we were so glad to have taken his suggestion! Although a bit isolated, it was totally worth the cab ride for their unique take on some very authentic Colombian/South American ingredients. Lots of unique flavors and textures I haven't experienced anywhere else! Worth every penny!

Loved the food and the cool mismatched furniture. It looks like a peaceful, bohemian hangout. The food was very fresh and tasty especially the shrimp and tofu citrus soup. One of the best soups in all my travels. The fried cheese and jalapeno appetizers were awesome and the drinks were good.

We ate here last night and everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly, including my vegetarian partner who had a tasty (and different) quinoa salad. I had the beef green curry, which wasn't much like a traditional curry at all but really tender beef marinaded in a delicious curry sauce. One of my favourite meals in South America!

Mini Mal serves Colombian food with a twist. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals - they were flavorful, special, and sized just right (not too big or too small). The price seemed a little high and that was the only negative!

Incredibly creative food in which I, as a Colombian, can recognize all our familiar tastes but in amazing combinations. Definitely head here if you're looking for different local food.

Ate dinner at this place my last night in Colombia - really excellent preparation and presentation, and a nice variety of selection. Had the appetizer roles with plantain/avocado as well as the braised pork ribs - all was very tasty, and the service was quick. Don't go by the hours on trip advisor - we arrived at 6:30p on a... The restaurant is beautiful and the service is good. If was the best restaurant I visited in Bogota. The food was amazing and I tried several new (to me) flavours.

This place doesn't have a big sign on the street or fancy interiors but the food is amazing! I spent a wonderful evening with my friends trying out several dishes and we loved it. The food is top notch. The prices are on the higher side so this would be a treat if you plan to go. Like many other... More
