We go a lot to this place. Great Ceviche & Tartare. The food is still good, even so the portions are shrinking constantly!!! The Pisco Sour used to be better but what really has gone down is the service. Reservation not found, some drinks did not arrive, arepas to start with were never served and paying the bill takes a... Food is good, but not that good that you will rave about it or be anxious to go back. It is expensive with average service

A trusted friend in Bogota's busy and somewhat over-priced gastro scene. Excellent drinks and an attention to service. A good honest review of Central in Colombia's English language newsaper. http://thecitypaperbogota.com/dining/checking-in-at-central/

Packed with (mainly) locals queuing at 10:00 at night! Make a reservation. Fish seemed very fresh and good quality even though Bogota is rather distant from the sea! Delicious Sopa des camarones; lovely grilled fish and the best chips (fries for American readers) - papas fritas in South America! Outside and indoor seating.. Nice buzz and ambiance. Good waiters. superb ceviche, and also cooked fish dishes which change depending on what's available. rich delicious desserts too, good service and a fun bar. Only bad thing is it's popularity with the locals of the prosperous neighborhood. You may have a line.

Outside seating, fastastic food, and the service was good. Also, good location to walk around afterwards.

Great menu and concept, pick the fish and then how you want it prepared, usually a good variety but seldom all that is listed on the menu. The nearest equivalent to British fish and chips in Bogotá. The ceviches are sublime and are genuinely picante if that is what cranks your tractor, unusual for Colombia. Service is usually very good,... More

This place was about 50 metres from the Sofitel where we were staying so couldn't have been more convenient. The ceviche is really excellent and the 'picante' is really quite hot (in a good way!). We had dinner there and my partner followed his ceviche with a really good fish dish, I had a slightly disappointing rice with prawns (the... More

There is nearly always a line of people waiting to eat here, and it is worth waiting for 20 minutes or so. Although not Peruvian ceviche, there are interesting combinations and rather large portions to be enjoyed. Grilled fish is fresh and tasty, and the ambiance is of people enjoying themselves. One complaint: Although arepas were listed on our bill,... More

Had lunch with a large group and loved it. We shared all the starters; octopus, corbina both with great salsas. I had the Tuna Tartar Clasico which I thought would have been a little hotter since it had Tobasco sauce in it but it was quite mild. A few people had baked fish and others finished with ceviche. The coffees... More
