Central Cevicheria has very nice ceviche and has a very nice feel. It is a trendy place that quickly gets full. It is not uncommon to see people waiting to get seated so it is a good idea to call ahead and get a reservation. Service is very good and food is tasty.

Central Cevicheria is a well located restaurant on Cra 13 and Calle 85. It is a 15-20 minute walk from Parque 93 and a short stroll up from the Zona Rosa. We ate Sunday lunch at the Central Cevicheria. We arrived at 1.30pm without reservations and waited approx 10 minutes for a table. Decor and lighting are very nice and... More

I tried a lot of ceviches in this trip to Colombia and this one was certainly the best. We went on a Saturday evening (very busy) so we had to wait a bit for a table but it didn't take long. The atmosphere was lovely, service was perfect and food was to die for. Don't miss it.

My wife and I stopped by as we were exploring Zona Rosa. Although it appeared to be pretty busy we were quickly seated on the 2nd floor, the restaurant was a lot bigger then we had initially thought. Since we were not looking for a full meal we shared a ceviche (the curry one) and the salmon fresco tartare with... More

This place is located at the expat business area, hence quality and price are hand in hand. Service: attentive and good English Ingredient: simply flesh Environment: eye catching display of local corporate warriors Technicality: nothing fancy. Overall: reliable and good escape.

I have been here, at least, ten times in the last two years. Even when there are better Peruvian restaurants in town, like Rafael, Central Cevicheria is the best place for a casual dinner when you want to relax and enjoy a fresh ceviche or tiradito. For more filling dish, their parrilla de mariscos is really good. For desert, the... More

After reading many good reviews and receiving recommendations from a local, tried this place and was utterly disappointed. My Cheviche was a blob of fish, covered in ketchup and mayo. Service was rude, the place is noisy and too expensive. I do not recommend eating here.

They have several ceviche choices, for sure is a traditional ceviche nothing fancy as others say, but for sure they warranty the quality and freshness of the products. Ask for a complete fish, great caribean traditional dish.

All the glorious reviews fooled us and we went to try it. My "fancy" ceviche was mayo, tuna... and yum potatoes! This place is overly hyped, overpriced and has nothing to it. I would never go back.

We had the pulpo parillado, and the sliced tiradito of whitefish, both were too acidic and lacking in flavour. For mains we had the grilled fish which was fresh and well cooked but not flavourful and the cazuela de mariscos which was great - the broth was full of flavour and packed with well cooked seafood. Service was ok, but... More
