I think this has my favorite roast in La Paz. It is not a good coffee shop to work in but it is for socializing. Seems to be full of super rich Bolivian senior citizens in the afternoon.

The atmosphere is really nice, amazing attention from the barista and great coffee. I had a latte (which by the way was one of the best I had in town) and a slice of blackberry cheesecake, which was delicious. I frequently have coffee, and I think the coffee they serve is really high quality.

Best coffee I've ever had. Nice atmosphere and nice staff. A bit slow service sometimes though, but that's the only negative thing I can say about Roasters.

Roasters serves the best latte in town. Also, the banana bread and sonzo (mashed yuca with cheese) are amazing. It has very good soups and paninis. Cozy athmosphere! Packed in the afternoon. The owners are almos always there. You can also buy very good and fresh bread. Made daily.

While it took me a while to find the place.... It was well worth the time to journey to the San Miguel district of La Paz to sample some of the finest coffee drinks I've ever had. I had read a write up in the Times and the sentiment on here and I knew if was a place for me.... More

The other morning, as we were doing some errands in/near the San Miguel district of La Paz, we stopped in at Roaster Boutique, located on a quiet side street about a block away from busy Avenida Montenegro. So happy we found this special coffee haven. The place itself is spotlessly clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. You can see the roasting... More

After returning to La Paz, I was disappointed with the quality of coffee and mainly the bad lattes you could get in other trendy places. Then I visited Roaster. They use local coffee grains, but they do a good job finding real coffee. So you can chose which one you want to try, and if you like it pure, you... More

I have been to several places reviewed with 'best coffee' in Peru and Bolivia only to be bitterly disappointed. Most seem to aspire to Starbucks. But this place really has nice coffee. More like what you will find in Australia and East London.

Thank you! Freshly roasted specialty coffee, prepared by skilled baristas. This place has attitude and an actual goal to prepare the best coffees. If you like coffee, this is where to go in LP.
