I won't join a false chorus of "the best restaurant in La Paz", because it is not, but I would agree that if you like Brazilian food, this might be the right place to go, because the food is good, the owner and cook is Brazilian, the menu is quite varied with Brazilian food from various regions, and the atmosphere... Fantastic place for genuine Brazilian cuisine. I found the service to be good as well as fast (compared to other La Paz restaurants), with excellent food at reasonable prices. The shrimp croquettes were out of this world.

Great authentic dishes. Great portions, nice dining room, service a little on the slower side, but I'm American so I'm just accustomed to faster service. I will definitely return. Simply delicious. Black beans, steak, or seafood - can't go wrong! Thanks!

This place is excellent for delicious Brazilian food in a cozy place, and to enjoy the elegance of a good restaurant. The prices are not expensive for the amount of food served in this restaurant.

Perhaps bucking the trend of more 'upscale' restaurants in the south part of La Paz, Paladar offers a cheaper lunch menu (executive lunch) that we decided to try. Even if none of us were awed by the result, it was definitely satisfying for the price. Perhaps the full menu, which has brazilian specialties as well as other 'standard' fare, could... More

I went here for lunch and ordered a fillet mignon paulista style. It was an enormous portion and absolutely delicious. On top of that the prices for everything on the menu were quite cheap if you ask me. Definitely highly recommended!

I'd never had Brazilian food before eating here and must say that I was extremely impressed with the food. The fish simply melted in my mouth and the salsa was perfect. Additionally, the service was top quality the restaurant was very beautifully decorated. Great place!

This was one of the best Brazilian meals we had before. The restaurant is located in a nice neighbourhood near to several shops in Calacoto/San Miguel area. We have order a Feijoada and a Fish in coconut sauce. Both dishes were very good and abundant. It is a pitty we were flying out of La Paz on that evening, otherwise... More
