Stayed at the Hotel Rosario and at at this restaurant. A great menu with balance of local and international options. Loved the trout and llama steak orders. Only seems to lack a good dessert menu

Tambo is an excellent restaurant where presentation is a signature expression. For dinner half the fun is watching everyone's places come out to see the amazing work don by the chefs. The dinner was great and staff very friendly. Breakfast for the Hotel Rosario is also served there and is quite tasty indeed.

This has to be one of the best restaurants in La Paz. Well, to be honest I ate here once and never went anywhere else after that because it was just such good food. The food is really well presented, well cooked, flavours are great, portion sizes are good and their desserts are just stunning and very yummy. And all... More

Excellent service and delicious food. Within the Hotel Rosario, so if you are staying there, you don't need to leave the hotel to get some of the best food Bolivia has to offer.

We had a loveley dinner here with a tasty salad to start off with and then Pasta Napoletana with eggplant. And the warm homemade bread with garlic butter is to die for!! The chocolate mousse is awesome, too!! The service was quiet outstanding! A must go in La Paz if you want something different than bolivian, Italian or Sushi!!

Just finished dinner from this gorgeous restaurant. The service was impeccable. If you're looking for a relaxing (and safe) Bolivian restaurant with a modern twist, you won't be disappointed.

Delicious, perfect sized portions, attentive service, not too expensive. As everyone on here says; the chocolate mousse is amazing.

I was really impressed with the Traditional and modern spin of Bolivian food. I loved the aji amarillo rissotto and the llama ham. In top of that service was phenomenal.

Very nice restaurant decor with great food. Not overly big portion size but the food was excellent. We did not have to reserve on Saturday night but apparently some occasions you do.

The menu is a bit light and will only hold up to a single repeat visit, but the local flavors are at their best here. The quinoa salad is fantastic, and the llama steak (both dishes) are delicious. If you are in a hurry to experience Bolivian cuisine, you can even order a sampling platter with three types of meat... More
