Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a twist, Pronto Dalicatessen gets rave reviews from its clientele around the world. Found on a small street parallel to Avenida 20 de Octubre, this Dali themed restaurant’s fusion menu includes saltimbocca alla romana di llama, quinua risotto and lamb ribs . The experimental flavours won’t be to everyone’s taste, but most people love it. Service is highly professional with immaculately laid tables and efficient staff. The candle lit dining area is as perfect for a group

Excellent Italian, cozy environment, great food presentation, excellent service

I do travel a lot and it was a surprise to find in La Paz one of the best Italian meals I've ever had. Pronto has a Salvador Dali theme, therefore the DALICatessen in the name. Aside from the meals being well prepared and delicious, the chef puts on some art in the dishes presentation, all along... read more

Attentive service, great ambience and the food never disappoint from the start til the end. We ordered the trout ceviche (tangy and unstoppable!), onion soup with a crusty cheese bread top and the Osso Bucco. The portions were generous, and the prices are really reasonable for international standards. Its a must try in La Paz!

This tiny hidden gem has Bolivian and Mediterranean elements but is more Italian fusion... The first time I went with a group of 4 people so we shared the onion soup the puff pastry atop the soup was yumy. Please dip your bread in left over broth !!!!!!!

From the beginning to the end, every dish was perfect. The ambiance is intimate and whimsical, great for dates !The service was wonderful my wife and I ended up conversing for hours and we never felt rushed. It's pricey, but worth it, especially for a celebration.

If you are an italian food addict, you will be surprised at pronto, because you don't get wat you expect. For starters we ordered vitello tonata and antipasti della casa. There was not much tonata in the dish but it was very tasty, same with the antipasti which were just vegetables but also tasty. The mains were good, the housewine... More

My wife and I went to Pronto Dalicatesen last Friday and we started with a beverage (cup of white wine) and 2 appetizers:Trout carpaccio and the onion soup. Both were amazing, especially the onion soup. Ended the meal with the Tiramisu which was also excellent! The place is small, and gets packed very quickly. I recommend you make a reservation....
