I really wanted to like Pronto. I even spent an hour trying to find it. The atmosphere was OK and could be a nice place for a date. So, here's the thing: I've been exposed to amazing Italian food for most of my life. The pasta that I had was probably Olive Garden quality. My bowl of spaghetti (Pasta Furioso)... More

We got veal shank ( osobuca) with a pomodoro sauce and rigatoni, which was good, but not incredible. !! The trout was incredible !! This place really does feel like you are eating in Venecia . Make a reservation if you're going during peak hours.

The pasta sauce tasted as if it needed to simmer for another 20 minutes - not tasty, just tart. The spice on the spicy dishes (of which we had two) only added spice, not flavor. The tiramisu was bizarre and disappointing - the piece de resistance being what tasted like toasted instant coffee on the top. Ughh. Nothing terrible here,... More

We've eaten here a couple of times and have really enjoyed it . My ravioli was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was full of flavor, and everyone else's looked amazing. The prices for each of the pastas were around $8. Small portions, but so good. Go if you have the chance!!

My boy friend and I came here around 7pm on a Tuesday. We ordered the saltimboca and the beef carpaccio + The red wine . The Saltimboca was my favorite dish of the night. It tasted very fresh and light. (Carpaccio was also very good.) We were too full to have dessert. Overall experience was excelent. Thank you Pronto Dalicatessen

Pronto is a rather famous restaurant in La Paz, popular with locals and tourists. If you don't come early in the evening you will probably not find a free table. The food is really nice and good, a mixture of European and local cuisine. Dishes are however not really prepared in the traditional way - if you come for the... More

We visited based on the positive reviews on tripadvisor and it didn't meet expectations. We had the lamb and the raviolli, both were rather bland and the portion sizes really small, particularly considering the price. The restaurant seemed to be geared towards tourists, there are definitely better options for this type of food in the area.

We arrived at 6:40 and they opened up for us. We had a nice table in a back corner. Art décor was interesting and the small size of the restaurant was very warm and inviting. Appetizers were great and we had pasta and lamb for entrées. All were good.

Went here on our last night before retuning to NYC. The lady at the front desk of our hotel recommended it. 6 of us ate for about $100. Food was great. Service was great. I also liked the decor - the artwork was a real conversation starter.
