The food is fine if you are not picky. Ambiance is very nice. My pleasure is to me served well by employees that give their time and effort to you. That is exactly what you get here. A recommendation, a short nice joke, a comment, a great good bye that sends you happy on your way. Prices are very fair... More

This was a really expensive restaurant. Although it was right on the boardwalk so it is a beautiful view and great atmosphere. The food was so so. Do not get the seafood - shrimps/calamari. The parilla options such as chorizo and provolone were much better. The service was really good.

My friend and I spent three days in Punta Del Este and ate at El Secreto our last night. We had an early dinner by South American standards, around 8:00pm, but the food, service and wine were very good. The view and the sunset ... spectacular! We sat upstairs on the deck, this is a great spot to hear the... More

We actually ignored TA and went with our instincts because this place seemed absolutely packed with locals. We were not disappointed. Good service and very good food, although you should be aware that as in most places in Uruguay they serve the main course almost on top of the starter so you may choose to tell them to give you... The restaurant is nice and you have a great view. But the food was disappointing. The salmon with 1 side dish is 460,- pesos, cover charge 60,-, water 75,-, beer 120,-. Food was very little. So better order some appetizer if you are hungry. I had the salmon with rice and it was just that - no garnishings, nothing! Even... More

If your looking for a good lunch on the water this is your place. After consuming so much meat in Argentina, I switched course and got a chicken caesar salad which was very good and refreshing.

This place is really one of the best overall (social and culinary) experiences I had while traveling. The restaurant is located on the side of Down Town Punta del Este with a view from its windows to the calm waters of Playa Mansa, Isla Gorriti and the Punta del Este port, filled with luxury boats. I recommend going during sunset... More

Excellent food, surf and turf, pasta, on a variety of entrees as well good drinks like Caipirinha or a well stocked winery at reasonable price and a superb view either on the veranda or indoors looking thru the wide glass the see, the beach and the palm trees.
