A perfect place to have lunch

Even if you'd usually think of the L'Auberge restaurant to have dinner, this time we decided to have lunch there. There was a complete menu, including salads and delicious beef dishes. The bread basket included paper-thin toast and soft rolls. Argentine wines were included in the wine list. The... read more

Very good hotel in a quiet and beautiful location near Punta del Este. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is a plus, specially for the amazing waffles!

Probably is not the best hotel, is not the best restaurante but it is one of the best tea location. The ceremony of the tea must include the waffles. The belgian ones. It is a nice place, good service and exellent "dulce de leche". Pls try one if you have the chance.....

We were a big group for tea. We get some Napolitanos (Jam and cheese Sandwiches with tomato and cheese over the bread) but are the best Belgian Waffles in Punta del Este

I just came here to have a waffle and became amazed by the place. It looks like a old French castle with a provence decor. The afternoon tea is very famous, so during the summer or weekends is better to get there early. And the waffle... What can I say about it besides wonderful? It's big enough for 2, but... More

Loved the food & location. Staff were very professional & attentive. Location is beautiful. The breakfasts are wonderful with omelettes made to order. Lunches are great & freshly made. We haven't had dinner here yet but plan to as the quality of food is so good.

Charming hidden hotel and tea spot for a afternoon treat. Waffles and dulce de leche were amazing. Loved this hidden spot in Punta del Este.

If the weather is nice you can have breakfast outside, looking at the beautiful and peaceful gardens. Quality and variety of food was very good. Good fruit, excellent fresh orange juice. Very good pastry. Staff is very friendly. Jam was not very good, but you still had the dulce de leche. I would definitely recommend having the buffet breakfast at... More
