Maybe a little overpriced, but you pay what you get. Better to go with a group and share dishes. Bread is amazing!

The restaurant is located at the heart of old Damascus, with old Damascene decoration and atmosphere, yet it one of the best restaurants which serve good quality authentic Arabic food with great service. Prices are reasonable compared to the quality.

We went there back in 2011 in fact, the review says 2013, but I guess it's trip advisors settings. Amazing time and tasty food; these are the things you can get when you visit Narenj. It's a very nice restaurant with high service quality. They offer all kind of Syrian and international food and beverages.

This is a superb restaurant in Damascus. The lamb leg in bulgur in a big hot pot is worth trying, as are the kebbeh in yoghurt. Deserts and fruit are complimentary, although you may not have much space after the delicious savoury food. The staff are very delightful, as is the environment.
