The Village Restaurant is a venue that houses three different concepts, sharing the same impeccable quality and service! The Deli is our coffee shop, open for breakfast from 7AM, and serving fine coffee, teas, juices and light snacks through out the day. Not to mention the irresistible gourmet pastries conjured up on a daily basis by our pastry chef, Ernesto! The deli is the ideal location to unwind and relax with a friend or even just an interesting book from our Deli Book-stand! The Medi is our relaxed, informal Mediterranean restaurant! In the Medi we offer a mixed extravaganza of Mediterranean dishes, from Lebanese mezzeh, Spanish Paella (our Chef's specialty!), fresh fish, oven-baked pizza and homemade pastas! It is the best choice for lunch and even dinner if in the mood for a culinary sail around the shores of the Mediterranean! The Grill offers a lavish fine dining experience with a choice of Iranian and Indian cuisine, in a beautifully designed space that only compliments the mouthwatering flavors and aromas of our dishes. The Grill also offers private partitioned booths for families and ladies. The Village also has a 'Kids Club' to keep your toddlers entertained and happy while you dine with us!We look forward to looking after you at The Village!!

Quality Indian food at reasonable prices, & excellent service

I have been to this restaurant thrice now, and it has become my favourite place in Doha. The speciality restaurant serves Indian and Iranian cuisine. I would recommend the Indian specialty fish starter with saffron (can't remember the name), and the Tawa Chaat Chicken. Some dishes from the Iranian Hot Mezze are equally delicious. The service is always very attentive,... More

This was my second trip to the restaurant. They have a great variety of food, drinks, and dessert. I would recommend the Cheese Naan, Rakakat, Chelo Kebab Bakhtari, and either Chicken Biryani. I also love the Virgin Strawberry Mojito! The venue is beautifully decorated and the plating is superb. Then after dinner make sure to go downstairs and check out... More

Tea and desert. The tiramisu was not good. The chocolate fondant needed to be more cooked because it was raw. Not a good choice, even they don't have a big tea collection

We dined upstairs in The Grill @ The Village located in Souq Waqif. The food was plentiful and excellent. The waiter was excellent help and advised on which dishes were huge and could serve multiple people. The cream of chicken soup of the day was excellent and the mixed kebabs was a plateful that couldn't be finished and ended up... More

Food is ok.. however, the location and interior designing is exceptional. But restaurants are for food.. right?

My fiancé and family went there for the Turkish food and it was superb! My fiancé and I shared the shawerma plate. The cous cous was amazing. The meat was practically melting in our mouths. And the yogurt sauce was amazing. The service was awesome. And I loved the decor and ambiance of the whole place. HIGHLY recommend it!

Visited the Indian restaurant at The Village, they call it the 'Grill'. Even though it was week day, was surprised to see a crowded restaurant which showed it was quite popular. To start off, ample parking, ambience very nice as matching that of a upscale restaurant and true to the previous reviews, the food was amazing..The portions were also quite... More

If you want to order Indian or Irani food, the village will be a good choice , they have really delicious baryani and nan bread .. But the other food like fatoush and vine leaves is really awful ..

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent dining experience. We are glad you enjoyed the Indian offering including our popular Biryani and Breads. The experience you describe is certainly not in line with our commitment to offering the best Iranian cuisine. Your comments are valued and corrective measures will be taken where needed.
