Bandar Aden is not much to look at but the flavour of the food and the friendliness of the staff make it an incredible experience. Went there one night after work with some clients in Doha - it's unforgettable and absolutely delicious. It's also very reasonably priced which is a big plus. Try it and you'll like it - the... More

You may love it, for a single reason it is unique, I always say that yemeni cousine has not yet been discoverd. I should say if you try the real shaibani restaurants in sanaa you will realise that is is only a copy!

If you like to visit Yemen for a couple of hours, you should visit Bandar Aden Restaurant. It's located in Souq Waqif - Doha. First view when you enter is the traditional dress of Yemeni with the knife on their waste. You can choose to sit either on a table or on the floor. Everything in this restaurant is simple... More

This is one of the best restaurants at Doha. Menu is very rich from Chicken, meat, mix, rice, soaps,Qably, they make their own bread, You have to go there when visiting Doha, Not expensive at all, Prices are very good so if you are 6 people and go for the largest meal it would be a very good value for money

Ok, this place looks more of a local place from outside. But trust my advice and go in, sit down and you will be rewarded with something awesome - great food and great service. This is a Yemeni/Arabic restaurant. The meals are VERY well priced, $20 at the absolute most for two and you will eat until your stomach can't... More

We visited on the recommendation on the staff at our hotel. When we walked in we almost turned around because of the dated décor and sticky floors. I'm so glad we didn't though - the service was fantastic, the prices very cheap (for Doha) and the food was just amazing. We especially enjoyed the Yemeni bread. We liked this place... More

If you enjoy mutton and beef and a succulent plate of rice, this is your lunch and dinner spot. They serve an honest to goodness arab breakfast of several different egg dishes, liver (who knows whose?), beans and the inevitable tuna fish. They don't stand on ceremony here. The place reeks with ambience, which is why we travel. You will... More

This is a very very traditional and humble Arabic restaurant serving very good food. It is located on the edge of Souq Waqif and fairly easy to find. You can choose to sit at a table or in a majlis "sit on the floor/cushions" kind of booth - which is very nice if you're with a big group of friends.... More

Unlike other popular eateries in Doha, this place has no frills. But, so what? Great food! This place became an instant regular on our dining out roster. There are still many items on the menu that I have no idea of what they are. But the people at the restaurant, both the staff and the customers are always so helpful.... More
