Was looking for places in Doha for dim sum and stumbled across Wok Mee at the Movenpick Hotel West Bay which advertised Chinese dim sum brunch for QR90/person. Decided to give it a go and I wish we didn't bother. I mean the food was edible but the taste was out, I mean it tasted more Thai rather than Chinese... More

I used to adore this place as the food is/was good. I went there last week and after a two-year hiatus on my part I see that they have merged with Noodle House. I like NH, but felt it a waste to pay more for the same type/quality of food. Once they merged they should have matched prices with NH... More

We had dinner at the restaurant one night and were pleasantly surprised to find mostly authentic Thai food. Prices aren't too bad and service was good. if you are staying in the Movenpick, this is a good place to eat.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the meal that I had here, because I wasn't expecting much from a restaurant located in the Movenpick, which isn't a top hotel. However, the food was really terrific. I had a beef and chicken satay followed by the stir-fried beef in pepper sauce, and both were delicious. The service was also very good.... More

Very good option for Asian food in Doha. Qar 85 for 3 course including soft drinks. Excellent quality food and fast service. Highly recommend.

They used to serve the best bakmi goreng in Doha. The taste was very authentic, similar what we had in Indonesia as the street food. When I went there again, I slightly disappointed since the Bakmi Goreng doesn't taste very much like the same. Still delicious though, but losing the touch.. Perhaps the chef is not Indonesian Native anymore..;) Anyway... More

Served a above-average Asian meal. Prices also above-average for Qatar standards. I don't like it when the waiter is at my table for every whim, and they could relax in this a tat.

A hidden gem inside the Movenpick Hotel, this is the closest thing to a proper noodle joint in Doha. There is no alcohol but a wonderful selection of teas and juices. a recent visit had me try the Vietnamese Noodle Soup (Pho) and while not pitch perfect, it was a very close rendition. Service is friendly and knowledgeable and while... More

My husband and I love this restaurant, for its excellent food and great service. Their starters are great, even if the portions are a tad small. There is a wide range of food from across SE Asia and each item is worth a try, and well presented. They often have promotions of cuisine from different countries in the region. Their... More
