If you visit Muscat or spend any length of time here, you will know about Turkish house. Service can be sketchy and the atmosphere isn't what you would call a 'hot spot', but the food makes you forget any shortcomings in those areas. I can't say much else that hasn't been said, so for this review I will include my...

Very good restaurant which is consistent, this is unusual for Muscat. The shared appetizer with bread is a particular favourite of mine. Seafood is fresh and well cooked, if a little simple for some peoples tastes. Overall though I would highly recommend this place. If you have a large group I suggest you book as Turkish House is often busy
Lacking in atmosphere but always busy, the fish here is probably the best in town: fresh, delicious, plentiful and superb to share with friends. The bread, salad and hummus are equally delectable. Downsides? No booze, and prices are creeping up.
We have been twice at the Turkish House within one week. Not only because the first visit was satisying, but also because we could easily walk from the Blue Radisson Hotel to it. Our first diner was really good. We had a mixed entre plate with humus and this wonderful bread. As main dish we ordered the fish of the...

This is not a very fancy restaurant if you compare it to Dubai restaurants but it can be rated among the best in Muscat and Oman. Great food with a very clear menu and decent prices. The service is fast and everyone is very friendly. I would certainly eat there in my next trip to Muscat.
This is a sea food institution. Grilled, cooked does not matter, it's always a consistent great quality. Service sometimes is perfect other times in a bit shaky, it is much dependent on the floor manager in charge. But kitchen is at its best all the time. And this is what I think makes this place a must try for every...

Excellent Turkish restaurant. Friendly with fresh fish on the grill. I did love the meze and turkish bread
Was a bit skeptical about going here as I am veggie and didn't know what to expect. My husband has been her before and raved about it.
I have to say I was not disappointed. He ordered some starters/mains and everything was lovely.
Would def come back here again.
Portions were huge and we were nicely stuffed coming out of...

You are welcome here. The menu is simple, affordable and perfect. It is clean and I guess kind of homely. Bread servings can be quite excessive if not dining in a large group but no matter, one can ask for extras to be packaged and the very few homeless/beggars on a nearby street may well appreciate the gesture.
