Absolutely fantastic food

The food here was amazing. I've not had Armenian food before so have nothing to compare it too but it was my favourite restaurant in Beirut. They were very helpful providing gluten free options. Try the stuffed buckwheat pancakes which were delicious!

Extremely unique , although it's quite close to the Lebanese cuisine, mayrig succeeded in bringing the authenticity and variation of Armenia with a twist.. Ambiance is spectacular and the service is impeccable, very nice and unique experience in the heart of Beirut ..

Great experience of Armenian Cuisine. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. Try all all the little mezzes and don't miss the maamoul for desert.

The widest and smartest Armenian menu so far, the mixed kibbeh platter is so smart and so delicious, the cherry kebab is way too sweet felt like dessert, I would prefer sour cherries to add some tartness to it. The batata 7arra is not my favorite they can do better.

A cozy restaurant décor with an excellent offering of reasonably priced authentic Armenian cuisine. Friendly and prompt service.

This is the first time I went to an Armenian restaurant and it was an Amazing experience! Delicious food, very good service, everything great. One of the best places I've been in the Middle East. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Beirut again, really recommended!

To those who are not acquainted with Armenian you may find quite amazing flavors especially the kebab accompanied with cherry. If you visit the restaurant ask for the maamoul with cheese served hot and so delicious... well every plate is unique by itself. I really advise a visit.
