I have been to Olio between gemmayze and Faqra branches. for the Gemmayze branch everything always goes smoothly with tasty Italian platters and adequate service. Faqra branch has lots of weird moments in regards of their staff; sometimes they are extremely pros and sometimes really really bad BUT the food was always very good. I do enjoy Olio's pizza with... The good thing about this restaurant is that it is always located along with its sister restaurant soto ( serves sushi). Service is warm, quick and they allow you to order sushi from the next foo restaurants, hence it is a good variety for diners. The chilled Italian wine is always a good choice there, bresaola and pizzas are a... More

I always order food from this restaurant, mostly deliveries, I love the spinach ravioli with pink sauce. The restaurant is dark so this is why I prefer deliveries but food is good.

I am a big fan of Italian food and been to many places; this one is a unique restaurant. I've been to the Hamra and Gemmayzeh branches and loved them both. Service, decoration and food are amazing, everyone should try it. I actually had one of my best meals there. I hope these high quality standards will remain for a... More

I like the salade de chevre with its walnuts and honey dressing, pizzas and truffle pasta. Don't expect gourmet food but good Italian in all its basics and some extras

Very few places maintain their quality and this is definitely one of them. Their pizzas are as fresh as they've always been and their service is still great. Kudos.

Olio offers a decent Italian cuisine, not the best in town however some dishes are better than others. Personally his pizza is a disappointment for my taste, other pasta dishes are way better. Nice wine selection and prices range from mid to higher, you can expect to pay around 30$-40$ per person if you order a salad and main dish... More

Not our first visit, but definitely a big disappointment comparatively speaking. Olio does not have a great menu, but previously the quality and nice service made up for that. But this time the service was really poor. The food came in the wrong order: first my wife's main course, then my pasta, then our friend's main course and finally mine,... More
