A good Lebanese food restaurants, with good service and traditional "shisha". The "winter garden" is lovely when it is raining.

The food is good, but one could get very similar food at half the price elsewhere. Abdel Wahab really trades on its image as an exclusive, "high-class" Lebanese restaurant that offers "native" cuisine. While that atmosphere suits many in Beirut, locals and foreigners, it's not to my taste at all, quite the opposite. If the staff does not sense that... More

A popular hangout for expats and NGOs because it combines good food with great service and relaxing decor. We just asked for a selection of dishes and we were not disappointed. They also had a good wine selection and a bottle of Arak - aniseed spirit. They all speak perfect English and they did not intrude on our business dinner.... More

The Assaha village is a beautiful compound, just 10 minute drive from the city centre, built like a traditional Lebanese village. There is a hotel, shop, museum and restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, enjoying truely authentic and traditional food (as a fact most people eating at the restaurant were locals-which is usually a good sign), for... More

A clean rustic Lebanese food restaurant. The menu is rich, the service is great, and the prices are moderate. All in all, it is my best choice.

This was my very first meal in Lebanon little more than 2 hours after getting of the plane so I may be a little biased! As my first taste of authentic Lebanese food I was not disappointed I enjoyed it very much. The choice was guided by my host who lives in the city and everything was delicious. The staff... More

This has been my favourite restaurant in Beirut where I used to take my guests. The restaurant has a lovely athmosphere, you can eat in the large room at the entrance and in the spring/summer on the beautiful terrace. Very wide menu with a wonderful selection of local food perfectly cooked and presented.Friendly service and very good value for money

This is my second time visiting this location during my travels to Beirut and I must say I was even more impressed the second time. Reservations highly recommended if you plan on dining on the weekend. We had a table for two and started with moutabal, sojuk, fatouche, and hummus. The food arrived promptly, was well organized on the table,... More
