Good food, good wine and very friendly. Tried the house red wine, a blend of cab and surah, which was just great. Will definitely return!

Cozy nice place, great french cuisine and menu selection, with the best wine collection (local and imported). The staff was super friendly during my visit, and made sure we had a great time. The location is just in the middle of Makdessi Street Hamra. All in all; venue, food, wine, service and location are amazing and makes the perfect combination... More

Dining was a great experience. Amazing vibe, the steak and fries was spot on, and friendly service. Would recommend the Cru wine, still yet to be named.

My husband and I were visiting with my parents from New York. The quality of the food in this restaurant is spectacular. 3 of us ordered their angus steak and it was to die for (especially coupled with their house wine which I also recommend). My mother had a craving for something and they graciously came up with something on... More

Karen and Wael are the perfect hosts without a doubt. I enjoyed the most tender and tasty steak in Beirut - ever. Cooked to perfection I could not believe what I was eating. Their salads are indescribably delicious, the atmosphere warm and cozy, and the clientele very friendly. Don't you dare visit Beirut without calling on CRU.

Nice welcoming staff, we tasted a local red wine introduced by the waiter who had little catering knowledge but a very welcoming smile and service. In general nice place in the middle of Hamra area in Beirut to have light snacks with a nice wine.

My cousin and I decided to pay Cru Wine Bar a visit after reading the trip advisor reports and also a guide book report. The reports all gave very positive reviews and now having been there I can see for myself that the owner and his team run a very smooth operation. Right from the time of arrival we were... More
