Description: A wonderful Lebanese restaurant in downtown Beirut. The food was wonderful, our favourites were the grilled halloumi cheese, cheese rolls, fatoush salad and moutabel (as well as dessert with white coffee - hot rose water). The wine was also good. The decor is quite simple and modern, not a great amount of atmosphere but it was all made up by the delicious food and wonderful service which constantly looked after us. You can also smoke shisa if you wish to. Greatly located in downtown Beirut, near the central mosque. Prices are about average for a restaurant dinner in the centre of town. It was recommended to us by Hotel Albergo, and I was very much satisfied with my evening and will definitely go back.

Very good hummus but the lamb cutlets and the fattoush was average. Nothing to brag about. Service was fast. Place was empty as people eat late here.

Great authentic Lebanese food, Wide variety of Mezza All the main Lebanese protein options raw and cooked. Was a bit disappointed with the eggplant fatta.

If you are looking for great Lebanese food, don't think twice. Go to Karam. Always crowded, and that's a good sign for a restaurant. Either for Lunch or Dinner you will have a treat there. Whatever you order, you will be rewarded with great food. The mezze, the grilled assortments, even raw meat dishes are great.

that restaurant don’t have the patience to serve you. it would be better that you come in; pay and leave without eating. the second thing is that you expect from such a reputable restaurant to respect the law of smoking- unless you want to inhale the puffs of Nargile of close by diners and your kids to secondary smoke- dont... Amazing lebanese food in the city. If you have a visitor or are in the mood for good lebanese food and dont want to go your village spot, go to Karam... One downside, the manager in downtown was a bit rude to us (lunch time)

One of the most popular traditional cuisine places, good food and nice service. Personally this is not one the best but for a business meal this is top selection. When in Beirut you need to search for the small corner restaurants they offer way more than big establishment, but if you have visitors or travelers over, this is one of... More

Overall, the service and food was very good. This is close to Nejmeh square so it is very convenient to eat at during a visit to the downtown area. It is just unfortunate that from the three times that I have eaten here, it is relatively quiet due to the lack of visitors to the downtown area. But if you... More

Excellent food, excellent service. It's a pity it's indoors :( In any case, the best lebanese food we ever tasted :)
