Not our first visit and yet the food , the staff , & the ambiance still impressive , very warm welcome by friendly faces and the family atmosphere that was there we ordered the chefs specials (homemade ravioli , asperge verte) along with other dishes with great wine choice overall meal was great and good value for money

This is my favourite french bistrot in Lebanon ! The meat is just perfectly done, perfectly combined with spices and sauces ! And the desserts are to long for !

We have been staying in Beirut for the last week and have visited Couqley twice, so they must be doing something right! Cougley is a 'hidden gem' in the bustling vibrancy of Gemmayzeh. an unexpected experience in a small but yet cozy place that represent the french cuisine in one of its finest aspects , the staff was very professional , good value for your money and the most important was the food ! the atmosphere was warm in a Sunday afternoon family lunch

the atmosphere in couqley is even better than in many french bistros i've been too! the food was great, value for money was well worth it. one of our friends was having a birthday and the guys at the restaurant surprised us with amazingly sparkling birthday cake! what a gesture! i recommend it for a dinner or first drink place...
