I cannot say much about this restaurant that hasn’t already been said, but first the positive (the food). The food here is very tasty, if you are a lover of rich Italian style cooking, heavy cream sauces, lots of the Mediterranean spices, etc. I highly recommend the Swahili. The shrimp Swahili is a delicious coconut-based curry served on a bed... More

It came highly regarded but I was told up front that the service is awful. The office loves it and we end up going at least once a week. I don't know that it's they the services are lazy, it's more like there aren't enough of them. The place is always busy, not a lot of seating inside and they... More

Ok food ( all dishes were a little bit salty) and very very very bad service. I will never visit this place again and I will not recommended it to a friend!

I like the food so much... perfect quality food... but very slow in service ... taking too much time to bring even salade... they can't control the service when all tables are occupied

Sat outside on the patio, very nice atmosphere. Great menu, the food was fantastic! Service was great, friendly and fast. Will be returning.

Cocos is great for a relaxed (due to slow service) lunch or afternoon with friends. You'll probably have to wait quite a while to get a table as it's extremely busy, clearly popular with locals and expats alike. It's a lovely, casual-looking restaurant hidden in Adliya, serving superb food, and very good value for Bahrain. Don't miss the blue cheese... More

My favorite restaurant in the Bahrain/Saudi area so far! The ambiance was awesome with outdoor seating that was air conditioned and quite tolerable given the soaring daytime temps. We read great reviews and decided to go early to beat the crowds. It worked! We showed up at 5:00. Beginning 5:30, there was a slight wait. It's true that service here... More

One thing I hate, is waiting to get in a joint to spend my money. Principle, really. Anywhooo...try to get here before the flashy Arabs, usually just before noon, and you'll get a table. Is the wait worth it? Well, yes! The food is that good, that diverse, that fresh, that large in portion. I just hate waiting. Blue cheese... More

Big portion, Cheap prices, No service charge, and a long menu to choose from. The only issue you'll face is the waiting list. It's always crowded and you have to wait for 30-45 min.
