Had a lovely dinner here. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Seating was comfy and it was very clean. The food was really nice, the mushroom soup was very tasty as was the bread that came with it. The waiter took my order for a mixed salad, I liked the look of two salads so I... More

I wrote a review of the Adliya branch before, now Visited the Seef area branch today with my wife for lunch, when walking towards the place we noticed a nice table inside that was empty. It was a table for three.(we were with 2). We noticed that the table next to it only had 1 person. When we requested this... More

Was in Café Lilou on a business trip to Manama, and have to say I was very impressed. The place is interestingly decorated, and a pleasant surrounding, to be sure. Not sure of the style, sort of a cross between Viennese coffee house and upscale western gambling saloon, although purporting to be very, very French. All of our dishes were... More

I've been to Cafe Lilou a few times and only come back in hope that my mind will change as many friends rave about the food and atmosphere. I went to Seef branch with my mother for breakfast and we both ordered croissants with egg and smoked turkey and a tea with milk for my mum. Tea arrived without milk... More

Its a cafe with a nice buzz, always busy. Highly recommended for a get together over coffee. Food is ok, good for cafe' food though. They make their own breads, and their sandwitches are yummy. Their sweets look far better than they taste which , basically compound chocolates covering with stuff inside, very sugary. Far better than Costa and Starbucks... More

The setting is great, very cosy and comfortable. Food and service are ok if overpriced. The desserts look amazing but unfortunately fall short on taste. Still recommended for high tea or breakfast.

You can never have enough of LILOU café, the only problem that you have to be very careful as the sweets and cakes they have is so so delicious that you will want to have a second or even a third . a very delicious collection of Salads and sandwich that are unique and different

The atmosphere is amazing. Ideal for any meal or even coffee and dessert. Don't miss the pastiche brûlée❤️❤️ Can be very crowded on weekends though.
