Lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere in a great setting. However the food was a bit disappointing, the starters were a mixture of bread and salads which were great but the main course did not match expectations. Some of the party ordered chicken in a creamy sauce which came with a undercooked baked potato with cold cheese on top. The... More

I'm not exaggerating if I say this was one of the best meals I had during my two week stay in Jordan. Not only was it al fresco, where food always tastes best, but set on two levels. Sat upstairs amongst the foliage of the trees which looked down upon the terrace. Food was fantastic and the waiting staff were... More

After a fun-filled 2 -day wedding in Amman the whole family of uncles, aunts , nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters drove down to Aqaba and stopped in this delightful restaurant in Madaba. The fig tree and grape vine with grapes growing inside the place was just awesome. The food was delectable and the wine a good pairing. Bathrooms were... More

If you want to spend some money, you have a top restaurant in Madaba, with excellent terraces, excellent food, attendance and, some evenings, live music.

The restaurant is located in city center, 50 meters from St George Church... the entrance is a large door and behind a nice inside terrasse with apparent stone walls. The waiters are nice and carefull... the choice of mezze is really large even for vegetarian, large choice of salads, dips and amazing goat cheese (dried and fresh)... lamb and kefta... More

We totally loved the food. It was so good we had to come back next evening! In addition the restaurant is in a nice building and has live arab music. High price for Jordanian; good price for american/euro.

Had lunch here during Ramadan. It was a wonderful experience. The service was Typical for Jordanian standards. The outdoor seating offered a pleasant atmosphere for eating outdoors in the Mideast. Our food was delicious. The meal made for a great afternoon of sightseeing while traveling through Madaba. I'd most certainly return if ever in that town again.

We went there at dusk and the atmosphere was amazing. We sat inside as the yard was a bit crowded with tables. The restaurant was bathed in warm orange lights and in contrast with the royal blue sky you can see through the high windows. The local beer was very good after a hot afternoon at Dead Sea. The food... More
