The cupcakes and "Giant Cookies" -as they call them- are not so good and a bit stale and tasteless, not to mention that they are overpriced especially when compared with their quality. Salty goods, Danish pastry and breads are good but -again- over priced.

Crumz is on my hit list here in Abdoun, Amman. Good food selection on a large menu and friendly service at reasonable value though some reviews suggest service is poor during busy periods of the work day and at weekends. I enjoy it best early morning or late afternoon when its sparsely populated. Management and staff need to keep an... More

If you wanna spend a nice Friday morning chatting with friends having a brunch or an English breakfast this is the place! Cool people and great service will help you in choosing the perfect meal. Delicious viennoiserie but don't underestimate fresh bakery. Bread, manakeesh zatar w cheese (traditional pastry with cheese and oregano) everything is very good. Don't leave Crumz... More

Every time I go to Crumz I've experienced friendly, helpful and professional service from the staff. The manager cares about the customers and shows this by asking us about our experience while we wait for the bill which is highly appreciated. The food is delicious and fresh and the atmosphere is so cozy. Absolutely love the bread basket with the... More

In Feb 2014 went few times for breakfast in Dabouq branch. In all occasions encountered the same poor service. After seated, waited 10 min for waiter to bring the menu. Immediately ordered my coffee because from the experience I know they will not bring coffee until the end of the breakfast. After 10 min of no taking order, screamed for... More

Crumz is a very good bakery with yummy pastries and Mana'eesh (which I recommend trying) it provides yummy cookies and muffins which satisify your sugar hive however for the sweet pastries and cookies, muffins, etc. the overall product is not very good value for the money ie. a bit overpriced. A breakfast there is a good choice for anybody. I... More

Crumz in Abdoun is by far my favourite place for breakfast in Amman. The food is always good and whether it's summer or winter, the atmosphere is always cozy. Two things to keep in mind are that the service is a little slow and in terms of price, it's on the higher side.

Would have expected more from Crumz, but I was disappointed. The food is OK, but other things that makes a place go up or down; The quality of the service needs to be looked at, waiters training, and ATTITUDE. I asked for the menu after we finished our average haloumi and olives Mangoushe and the blueberry pancakes, and if I... More
