I was so suprised when I accidentally saw this street. It's full of people and everything happens fast. No menu, No waiter. Self service. Just go and order your felafel, it will be ready to go in like 20 seconds. Very cheap, not so clean, great taste.

Really surprised. .... very old place and too small to have this famous name. ..... They should take more care of the cleaness of the place. Food is great ❤😍😍😍😍😍😍

I tried to put the most important piece of information in the title of this review. Wile we were in Jordan (as in Egypt) we had some experience with street food joints where there is usually one guy serving food from the trolley or some kind of moving contraption. Taste and quality of the food in this kind of places... More

Not sure what people expect when they eat on the street but Hashem certainly satisfied us!! Pros: Novel (asked the waiter for a menu and was told 'no menu' ... interesting start!), the food just kept coming (not big servings but small servings of hummus, salads, falafel and a range of other goodies that I've forgotten), mint tea was nice,... The cheapest meal we had during our vacation in Jordan (at 2JOD per person). Just sit still and the food will just be delivered to your table. I guess this is a set meal kind of thing. Yes, there are bad reviews concerning the cleanliness of the place. I'd say it's really not at all bad. It's in downtown Amman... More

The falafel and hummus taste above average, but you can easily find better if you know mama or someone local. The place is not clean at all to say the least. People like it because of its history, but in my opinion it is not worth the trip.

Are people shy to say it's gross because it's well known in Amman and no matter what they serve YOU MUST LIKE!!! Have your say and share your opinion. I bet & challenge to test the HEALTH & HYGIENE of this place, they'll never pass! So what if celebs and Kings went there?! relations can make miracles though, they might... More
