We had lunch and drank mint lemonade, both food and drinks were excellent, the service was fast and good. The place is very busy even though the prices are fairly elevated. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who can afford it. We were called by Jordanians sitting next to us to join them and to try their meal,... More

The food here made the smokey and noisy environment worth it. We went here on our last night in Jordan at the recommendation of our guest house. I was starting to get sick, and don't tolerate cigarette smoke well at the best of times, but usually don't mind hookah too much. This restaurant however, is just full of smoke of... More

Jaffra is a fun place to have a snack or meal after walking around downtown. The balcony is nice and a great place to breathe in less hooka smoke if you're a non-smoker. We had delicious pizza, bread and hummus, zatar bread called "manakeesh" and coffee, tea and mint lemonade. We liked looking down at the traffic and people walking... More

Visited here with my husband who is from Amman, during our visit to Jordan from the US. The hookah is great! We also fattah hummus, which was delicious. The service was great and the menu is fairly priced. We sat on the balcony... if you go, that's the place to sit for sure! We even made new friends while we... More

The restaurant decoration shows it an old place, the food is excellent, the price is not bad for the portions they serve, I loved the meet cocked with some vegetables in a jar. Nice music the normally have, or a live Aoud music playing along with singing. Good place to go with family or friends, but you may face a... More

Me and my wife ate there 2 times while being in Amman. We liked very much this restaurant because they have very good & tasty traditional arabic food and the atmosphere was also very good.

We went for lunch and they had a buffet. It was about 10 JD per person, and the selection was good (some Western, mostly Middle Eastern). Relaxing, nice people. Argileh/shisha available. No alcohol.
