Dinner with My Dreidel of Love

Trying not to eat bread but when the waitress said "they don't use preservatives In the bread," the little voice in my head said, "just have a little. " It was mouth-watering and beyond delectable. I had the Baked Blue Bream which is a lite white fish in the Cod Family and Red Rice in chili... read more

Manta ray, on the beach is the audience for a magnificent stage: The sun lowers in the western sky coloring the Mediterranean waves pink and orange. The limestone walls of the Old City of Jaffa around the coast become a luminescent pink in the sunset. The stage is set, and great sea food and classic local dishes arrive - hummus,... More

I already visited this restaurant 2 times while I was in Tel Aviv for business. It is very nice located on the beach and they offer a great menu with lots of fish and seafood. You should start with the mezze. They offer a full table with mezze dishes of which you can choose. First time I had the shrimp... More

My partner took me here for my birthday. Sat outside with views of the beach/sea. Our food was delicious.

We took a chance and got a table without a reservation. Location is awesome on the beachfront (especially if you can get outside table for sundowners). Service was outstanding and food is delicious. The starter tapas dishes and breads were my favourite. Unfortunately for us with our South African currency, it was a VERY expensive meal.

I have been in this wonderful restaurant several times and i enjoyed the food and the place each time. But not the last time when i paid a visit. July 15. Something has changed. The place is still nice and some of the dishes are excellent but some of the dishes are not. Like the fresh Salad. The main reason... More

This trendy restaurant had a great vibe. You could have picked it up and sat it in NYC. Food was average. I had the scallops and shrimp with fennel puree, the scallops were were perfectly cooked but the shrimp were overdone. Salads were great I would recommend the tasting salads for starters. Is very traditional. The chocolate dessert was too... More

Visited Manta Rey last week. Have been there many times and enjoyed. Last week we have a real bad experience. The first dishes tasted all the same, no spices and nothing special. The fishes were standard. It was disappointing and I hope it is a singular one time case. And it is expensive.

Was served by a lovely lady who had a slight american accent and wore red lipstick (8/july) Very attentive and genuine, made my solo meal experience very easy and unnerving! The food was great i had the Spring chicken, the frozen margarita (excelllentttt) and the vanilla parfait All in all, great staff and a great vibe will visit again on... More

My partner took me for my birthday. We sat in the outside patio right next to the beach. Great appetizers and mains. Stick with seafood and you won't be disappointed.
