Together with 2 colleagues I had dinner here on a stormy night in February (cold for TLV standards). We made reservations up front and that's a necessity, due to the setting it's a very popular place, was packed even on a Wednesday evening. As starters we had a selection of Middle East/Israeli dishes and that was nice, you pay per... More

1o. Great view, in front of the beach! 2o. Really good Business menu 3o. Good atmosphere but if you are young people don't expect many persons like you must of the costumers are a bit old persons! 4o. Nice waitress

Best location in Tel-Aviv, make sure to order a few days in advance and even a week or so before if you're looking to sit at the porch in the weekend! Amazing breakfast, wonderful dinners and don't forget to try some cocktails! Ask for the frozen lemon margarita! For desert try the corrupt chocolate, can't go wrong! Enjoy

The view is lovely and the food delicious but pricey. I would not return because of the service. All foreigners or tourists are shuttled to middle of Resteraunt, no view windows. Every person who did not speak Hebrew did not get a window table even when many were unoccupied.

In December 21,2014 I went with friends to really nice place "Manta Ray" witch locating right on the beach of Tel Aviv right by sea! We had a table out side with view to the sea, it's just add amazing atmosphere to us! Food was good but can't say really something special, let's say I was expected better food in... More

The most amazing thing about this place is the variety of starters. Everything was delicious! Fish as a main course with bottle of a good wine and sea view

i had this place recommended, it was very good food, but a bit pricey. View and location is perfect. Try the sea food.

The food was fantastic- some of the best seafood I've tasted. The setting was great with a nice view of the sunset. The only reason it doesn't deserve 5 stars is that the service is a bit slow.

Manta Ray had been touted as one of the top ten restaurants in Tel Aviv, especially if you like fish. Well, I was very disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, with a touch of arrogance. The mezze was the least interesting and most unappetizing that I have eaten in Tel Aviv and the grilled... More
